For their new Chicago office they wanted a space that represented their leadership within the retail real estate business.  The design of the space is focused around three pillars of design:  "The Avenue", "Urban Retro" and "The Art of the Deal".  These pillars of design help to organize the space by how it is experienced by the user and to create an environment that reflects Mid-America's unique style.
