One Equity Partners is a private equity firm located at the AMA Plaza, in an iconic Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, building.  INTERFORM sought to create a space that emphasized the rigorous grid of the building and optimized the views of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, orienting the offices and conference rooms along the perimeter edge.  We sought to open up the ceilings and expose the building structure while keeping the interior elegant and modern with terrazzo tile and wood veneer wallcovering.
