Designed by renounced Japanese architect, Kenzo Tange, 515 North State is a beautiful modern building that needed to be accentuated and elevated to continue feeling fresh and modern.  INTERFORM was commissioned to reimagine the exterior plaza and lobby area for a potential new management company.  We incorporated seating, greenery and an open bar / lounge to provide an engaging environment at street level
