Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, 19 S LaSalle is an office building that wanted to provide modern amenities to its tenants, as well as refresh its design. Utilizing its historic roots, INTERFORM sought to restore existing features, expose architectural elements, while adding inviting, modern touches through finishes like concrete and warm wood tones. Amenities like a roof deck, fitness center, and food/beverage offerings would also become available to tenants, and help to draw in more interest for prospective tenants.
