Located in downtown Chicago, 118 South Clinton is set apart from other buildings that surround it by its unique timber ceiling. Trying to highlight this feature, INTERFORM strived to highlight this feature through natural tones and minimalist detailing throughout the rest of the space, which includes the lobby and an office suite.
